GTBets Terms & Conditions — In Plain English

GTBets (referred to in this document as "we", "GTBets", or "the Platform") is an online betting and gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between GTBets and its members.

• Opening an account in a third party's name or placing bets on behalf of another person is not permitted.

As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, GTBets may request a copy of your national ID or passport. Withdrawals may be held until this verification is completed. GTBets also reserves the right to decline any registration request at any time without providing a reason.

GTBets supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

GTBets does not charge any payment transfer fees. However, charges levied by the payment service provider, if any, may apply. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes, though delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.

• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be the same.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• GTBets may suspend or investigate any transaction deemed suspicious.
• Accounts suspected of money laundering or fraud will be frozen.

Once a bet is placed on GTBets, it is considered final. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended except in the following circumstances:

• Match Cancelled: If an event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• Erroneous Odds: If incorrect odds are offered due to an obvious technical error, GTBets reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Cash Out: When the cash out feature is active in live betting, you can lock in a confirmed amount before the match ends.

Placing bets on both outcomes of the same match (arbitrage or sure-betting) is prohibited on GTBets. If such activity is detected, the bets in question may be voided and the account suspended. GTBets reserves the right to set maximum bet limits, which may vary by VIP tier.

In live betting, any bet already confirmed at the time of a disconnection or technical issue on the platform will remain valid. If the connection is lost before a bet is confirmed, that bet will be considered void.

Every bonus offer on GTBets comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will generally result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
• Bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.40 to count toward rollover completion.
• Every bonus has an expiry date — if the rollover is not completed within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings derived from bonuses.
• If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, all bonuses may be forfeited and the accounts suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GTBets and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture if detected:

• Money Laundering: Any attempt to launder illicit funds through GTBets.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets on both outcomes of the same match to guarantee a profit.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent limits.
• Fraudulent information: Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Hacking or Automation: Using bots or scripts to exploit odds.
• Underage Accounts: Operating or assisting an account on behalf of anyone under 18.

GTBets may temporarily suspend an account while investigating suspicious activity. Deposits and withdrawals may be restricted during the investigation period.

GTBets may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• If KYC information is incomplete or found to be false.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (inactive account policy).
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

Members may close their account at any time — contact support and the request will be actioned within 24 hours. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before closure, unless forfeiture applies due to a rule violation.

GTBets firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a primary source of income. To support this, GTBets provides every member with the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Maximum loss limit within a defined time period.
• Cool-Down Period: A betting break of 1 to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Account suspension ranging from 3 months to permanent closure.
• Session Time Limit: Set a daily limit on the maximum time you spend on the platform.
